- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to sweeten)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup granola or chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into a 1/4-inch thick layer.
- Scatter the sliced strawberries, blueberries, granola, and optional toppings over the yogurt. Gently press down.
- Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely solid.
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
