Description

This Frozen Yogurt Bark with Berries is a healthy, no-bake snack made with creamy yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy toppings. It’s the perfect sweet treat for warm days or anytime you want a refreshing and guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to sweeten)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granola or chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into a 1/4-inch thick layer.
  • Scatter the sliced strawberries, blueberries, granola, and optional toppings over the yogurt. Gently press down.
  • Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely solid.
  • Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option.
  • Add swirls of nut butter or jam for extra flavor.
  • Best eaten straight from the freezer—melts quickly!
