Description

Frozen Grape Skewers are a simple, healthy, and refreshing snack or dessert made by threading fresh grapes onto skewers and freezing them. Perfect for hot days or as a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups seedless grapes (red, green, or mixed)
  • Wooden or bamboo skewers

Instructions

  1. Wash the grapes thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Thread the grapes onto the skewers, grouping by color or mixing as desired.
  3. Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until the grapes are fully frozen.
  5. Serve directly from the freezer for a refreshing snack.

Notes

  • You can sprinkle a little lemon juice or dust with a pinch of sea salt before freezing for extra flavor.
  • Try dipping them in yogurt before freezing for a creamy coating.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week.
