Description

These Frozen Chocolate Dipped Blueberries are the perfect healthy sweet treat—juicy blueberries coated in rich dark chocolate and frozen for a refreshing, melt-in-your-mouth bite. Ideal for snacks, dessert platters, or a fun way to cool off!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, washed and dried thoroughly
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
  • Optional toppings: sea salt, crushed nuts, shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place in the freezer while you prepare the chocolate.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Dip each blueberry into the melted chocolate using a fork or toothpick, then place on the chilled baking sheet.
  • Optional: sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt or desired toppings while chocolate is still wet.
  • Freeze for 30–60 minutes, or until firm.
  • Transfer to a sealed container and keep frozen until ready to eat.

Notes

  • Make clusters by dropping a spoonful of chocolate-covered berries together on the tray.
  • Use white or milk chocolate for variety.
  • Perfect for meal prep—just grab a handful when you need a sweet snack!
