  • 3 cups vegetable broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

  • Add peas and vegetable broth; bring to a boil.
