- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Instructions
- In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add peas and vegetable broth; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5–7 minutes, until peas are tender.
