- For the Fruit Salad (mix and match):
- 1 cup strawberries, halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- 1 orange or mandarin, segmented
- 1 cup watermelon or cantaloupe, cubed
- 1 banana, sliced (add right before serving)
- For the Honey-Lime Poppy Seed Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Prepare Fruit:
- Wash and cut all fruit into bite-sized pieces. Combine in a large mixing bowl.
- Make Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, and poppy seeds.
- Toss & Serve:
- Drizzle dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat. Serve immediately or chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Add banana just before serving to prevent browning.
