  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 1 orange or mandarin, segmented
  • 1 cup watermelon or cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1 banana, sliced (add right before serving)
  • For the Honey-Lime Poppy Seed Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Prepare Fruit:
  • Wash and cut all fruit into bite-sized pieces. Combine in a large mixing bowl.
  • Make Dressing:
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, and poppy seeds.
  • Toss & Serve:
  • Drizzle dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat. Serve immediately or chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.

Notes
