Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: splash of soda water for fizz

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine dragon fruit, rum (or coconut water), lime juice, simple syrup, and coconut water.
  • Blend until smooth.
