Instructions
- In a blender, combine dragon fruit, rum (or coconut water), lime juice, simple syrup, and coconut water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the blended mixture over the ice.
- Top with a splash of soda water if desired.
