Description

A vibrant and refreshing exotic cocktail made with dragon fruit, lime juice, and a splash of tropical flavors—perfect for summer evenings or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe dragon fruit (pitaya), peeled and chopped
  • 1 oz lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Dragon fruit slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped dragon fruit, lime juice, white rum, triple sec, simple syrup, and pineapple juice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the blended mixture.
  4. Shake well until chilled.
  5. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or serve over ice in a tumbler.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of dragon fruit.

Notes

  • For a mocktail version, omit the alcohol and add soda water or more pineapple juice.
