- 1 oz lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz triple sec
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves for garnish
- Dragon fruit slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped dragon fruit, lime juice, white rum, triple sec, simple syrup, and pineapple juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the blended mixture.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or serve over ice in a tumbler.
- Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of dragon fruit.
Notes
- For a mocktail version, omit the alcohol and add soda water or more pineapple juice.
