Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan or round cake pan.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix the milk with vanilla and lavender.
- Add dry ingredients to wet mixture in thirds, alternating with the milk mixture. Stir just until combined.
