Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Optional: extra strawberries and mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Puree strawberries, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
  • Strain mixture through a fine sieve to remove seeds (optional for smoother texture).
  • In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold strawberry puree into the whipped cream until fully combined and smooth.
  • Spoon mousse into serving glasses or bowls.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and mint if desired.
