Cinnamon Sugar Mixture:

  • 1/3 cup granulated or sanding sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Make the Cake Batter:

  • In a large bowl, combine vanilla cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, buttermilk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

3. Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl:

  • In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter.

4. Layer the Cake:

  • Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour half of the batter into the pan. Spoon half of the cinnamon swirl mixture over the batter and swirl with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining batter and swirl mixture.
