- 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions
- Prepare the Kataifi:
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add chopped kataifi and cook, stirring constantly, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from heat and mix with pistachio butter (and tahini if using). Cool slightly.
- Make the Chocolate Drizzle:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second bursts until smooth.
- Assemble the Cups:
- In clear dessert glasses, layer strawberry halves, drizzle with chocolate, and add a spoonful of the kataifi-pistachio mixture.
- Repeat layers as desired. Top with more chocolate drizzle and a sprinkle of ground pistachios.
- Chill and Serve:
- Chill for 10–15 minutes to set or serve immediately for a warm chocolate drizzle experience.
