- 1 egg

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small cake pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, oil, applesauce (or banana), pumpkin puree, and egg until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before removing from the pan.
