Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil and steep the chai tea for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag or strain the loose tea leaves.
- Add milk to the brewed tea and heat until warm, but do not boil.
- Froth the milk mixture using a frother, whisk, or blender until foamy.
- Brew a shot of espresso and pour it into a mug.
- Pour the chai milk mixture over the espresso.
- Add sweetener and vanilla extract if desired, and stir gently.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon for garnish and serve hot.
