- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy whipping cream

Instructions
1.Prepare the Crust:
- Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; mix until crumbs are evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch (23cm) pie pan to form an even crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
2. Make the Peanut Butter Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
- Spread the filling into the chilled crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3. Prepare the Chocolate Ganache Topping:
- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer.
