Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon and sliced cucumber.
- Add the red onion and chopped mint leaves to the bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Gently toss everything together to combine.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese if using.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before serving.
