Instructions
- In a shaker or sturdy glass, muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves with lime juice and sweetener if using.
- Add water and stir well to mix.
- Strain into an ice-filled glass if preferred smoother; otherwise, pour directly for a rustic version.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with cucumber slices and a mint sprig. Serve immediately.
