  • Sparkling water (to top)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a shaker or sturdy glass, muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves with lime juice and sweetener if using.
  • Add water and stir well to mix.
  • Strain into an ice-filled glass if preferred smoother; otherwise, pour directly for a rustic version.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
