- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup aloe vera juice (ensure it’s food-grade)
- 2 cups cold water
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes, as needed
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add the cucumber slices, lemon juice, aloe vera juice, and water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth if a smoother texture is desired.
- Taste and add honey or agave syrup if needed. Stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if using.
