Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Potatoes
- Place cubed potatoes in the crockpot and cover with water.
- Cook on high for 3–4 hours, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
Step 2: Drain and Mash
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the crockpot.
- Add the butter, heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
