Description

This ultra-creamy Crockpot Chicken and Gravy is the ultimate comfort food! With just a few simple ingredients, your slow cooker does all the work, delivering tender, flavorful shredded chicken smothered in a rich, savory gravy. Perfect for a fuss-free dinner over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet (0.87 oz) chicken gravy mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 oz cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, gravy mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken, cover, and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  • Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it into the gravy. If using cream cheese, stir it in now until melted and smooth.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a thicker gravy, let it sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  • Add ½ cup sour cream for extra tanginess.
  • Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
