- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined. Shape mixture into 6–8 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add patties to the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or over a salad.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh herbs with dried—use 1 tablespoon dried parsley instead of fresh.
- For gluten-free patties, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
