Description

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
  • For the Spicy Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to spice level)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Garnish (Optional):
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • Extra sriracha drizzle

Instructions

  • Prepare the Salmon Bites:
  • Pat dry the salmon cubes and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne.
  • Coat the Salmon:
  • Dredge salmon pieces in cornstarch, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with Panko breadcrumbs.
  • Press gently to ensure even coating.
  • Cook the Salmon:
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Fry salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
  • Make the Spicy Sauce:
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder.
  • Toss & Serve:
  • Drizzle or toss crispy salmon bites in the spicy sauce.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
  • Serve immediately over rice, in tacos, or as a snack!
