  • 2 dozen mini sweet peppers
  • 3/4 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

Prepare the Peppers – Wash and dry the mini peppers. Slice them in half lengthwise and remove any seeds or membranes. Arrange them on a plate or tray in a single layer.

2️⃣ Make the Filling – In a medium bowl, mix whipped cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth and well combined.

3️⃣ Stuff the Peppers – Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each mini pepper half with the cream cheese mixture, spreading it evenly.

4️⃣ Add the Seasoning – Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously over the stuffed peppers.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy – Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately. If making ahead, store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
