Description

Juicy chicken tenders coated in a savory mayo-Parmesan mixture and crunchy Ritz cracker crust. Perfectly baked for a family-friendly, irresistible dinner option.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Prepare Coating Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  • Crush Crackers: Place Ritz crackers in a resealable bag and crush them with a rolling pin or use a food processor for finer crumbs. Spread the crumbs on a plate.
  • Coat Chicken: Dip each chicken tender into the mayo mixture, ensuring an even coat. Then, dredge it in the crushed Ritz crackers, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Bake: Arrange the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve: Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces, like ranch or honey mustard.

Notes

  • Use panko breadcrumbs as a substitute for Ritz crackers for a different crunch.
  • Add a pinch of paprika or cayenne to the mayo mixture for extra spice.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
