  • 1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (sharp or mild)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 box (8.5 oz) cornbread mix (like Jiffy)

Optional Toppings:

  • Chopped green onions
  • Crushed butter crackers (like Ritz)
  • Extra shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Mix Ingredients:

    • In a large bowl, combine both cans of corn, sour cream, melted butter, shredded cheese, and cornbread mix.
    • Stir until well combined.
  • Bake:

    • Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
    • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Add Toppings & Serve:
