- 1 can Devil’s Food cake mix
- 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip whipped cream, thawed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Devil’s Food cake mix, Cool Whip whipped cream, egg, and baking powder. Mix well; the dough will be sticky.
- Place the powdered sugar in a small bowl. Using a spoon, scoop out cookie dough, drop it into the powdered sugar, and roll it into a ball.
- Arrange the sugar-coated dough balls on a cookie sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the cookies have slightly puffed up.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
