Description

Indulge in these soft and chewy Cool Whip Cookies made with Devil’s Food cake mix and Cool Whip whipped cream. A quick, easy, and irresistible dessert perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can Devil’s Food cake mix
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip whipped cream, thawed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the Devil’s Food cake mix, Cool Whip whipped cream, egg, and baking powder. Mix well; the dough will be sticky.
  • Place the powdered sugar in a small bowl. Using a spoon, scoop out cookie dough, drop it into the powdered sugar, and roll it into a ball.
  • Arrange the sugar-coated dough balls on a cookie sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the cookies have slightly puffed up.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a fun twist, substitute the Devil’s Food cake mix with any other cake flavor, such as vanilla or red velvet.
  • Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
