- 1 cup hot water

- 1/2 cup lemonade or lemon-lime soda

- Ice cubes
- Lemon wheel, edible flowers, or mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- Steep butterfly pea flowers in hot water for 5–7 minutes until deep blue. Strain and cool.
- In a serving glass filled with ice, pour in the butterfly pea tea.
- Add honey or syrup if desired and stir to dissolve.
- Slowly pour in the lemonade or lemon-lime soda.
- Add the lemon or lime juice and watch the color change from blue to purple!
- Garnish with a lemon slice or edible flowers. Serve immediately.
