- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix coconut yogurt with lime juice, lime zest, and honey or maple syrup if using.
- Prepare all the fruits by washing, peeling (if needed), and chopping them into small pieces.
- In serving glasses or jars, layer a spoonful of the coconut lime yogurt at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mixed fruits on top of the yogurt.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is full, ending with a layer of fruit on top.
- Optionally, sprinkle granola on top for added crunch.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and additional lime zest if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.

- Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
