Description
A light, refreshing dessert made with coconut milk and agar-agar, perfect for tropical-themed meals or a cooling summer treat.

- 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon agar-agar powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the water and agar-agar powder. Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, lower the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously until the agar-agar is fully dissolved.
- Add the coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Stir and heat gently until the mixture is well combined and the sugar is dissolved. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat and pour into molds or a shallow dish.
- Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Once firm, cut into desired shapes and serve chilled.
Notes
- You can add pandan or vanilla extract for extra flavor.
- Use fresh coconut milk for a richer taste.
- Adjust sugar to your sweetness preference.
