Description

A refreshing and healthy Coconut Blueberry Smoothie made with simple ingredients. Perfect for breakfast or a mid-day snack.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for thicker consistency)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen blueberries, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, banana, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again to thicken.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes
