- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for thicker consistency)
Instructions
- Add the frozen blueberries, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, banana, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if desired and blend again to thicken.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use light coconut milk for a lower fat version.
- Add a scoop of protein powder for a protein boost.
- Fresh blueberries can be used, but add more ice for thickness.
