- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Slice bananas into thin, even rounds (about ⅛-inch thick).
- In a bowl, gently toss banana slices with coconut oil, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla (if using), and a pinch of salt.
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (avoid overlapping).
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Let them cool for a few minutes (they will crisp up more as they cool).
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
