Description

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or chocolate spread
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (or homemade pie dough)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prepare:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Oreo Filling:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese.
    • Mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Prepare the Pie Crusts:

    • Roll out the pie crust on a lightly floured surface.
    • Use a cookie cutter or glass to cut out 4-inch circles.
