- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips or chocolate spread
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (or homemade pie dough)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for sprinkling)

Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the Oreo Filling:
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese.
- Mix until a dough-like consistency forms.

Prepare the Pie Crusts:
- Roll out the pie crust on a lightly floured surface.
- Use a cookie cutter or glass to cut out 4-inch circles.
