  • 2 cups marshmallow creme

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set it aside.

2️⃣ Make the Cookie Dough:

  • In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.

3️⃣ Bake the Cookie Base:

  • Press the cookie dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
  • Let it cool completely before adding the next layers.

4️⃣ Add the Marshmallow Layer:

  • Spread marshmallow creme evenly over the cooled cookie base.

5️⃣ Make the Chocolate Topping:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer, spreading evenly.

6️⃣ Let It Set & Serve:

  • Let the bars set at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
