For the Cookie Base:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
For the Marshmallow Layer:
- 2 cups marshmallow creme
For the Chocolate Topping:
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
2️⃣ Make the Cookie Dough:
- In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
3️⃣ Bake the Cookie Base:
- Press the cookie dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
- Let it cool completely before adding the next layers.
4️⃣ Add the Marshmallow Layer:
- Spread marshmallow creme evenly over the cooled cookie base.
5️⃣ Make the Chocolate Topping:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer, spreading evenly.
6️⃣ Let It Set & Serve:
- Let the bars set at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
