Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease 4 ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chopped chocolate together, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the flour just until incorporated.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
- Let cakes rest for 1 minute, then carefully invert onto plates.
- Serve immediately, optionally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
