Description

Instructions

  3. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix until dough forms.
  5. Press dough evenly into a lined baking pan.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until set but not overbaked.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Cut into small squares and make a small indentation in each piece.
  9. Fill each indentation with a small dollop of jam.
  10. Let cool completely before serving.
