- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add vanilla extract and mix until dough forms.
- Press dough evenly into a lined baking pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until set but not overbaked.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Cut into small squares and make a small indentation in each piece.
- Fill each indentation with a small dollop of jam.
- Let cool completely before serving.
