- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Topping:
- 1 (12 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
Instructions
Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
2. Mix the Chicken Filling
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, peas, corn, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
3. Assemble the Casserole
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Arrange the quartered biscuit dough pieces evenly on top of the chicken mixture.
4. Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
