Description

Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole is a creamy and hearty dish combining shredded chicken, veggies, and buttery biscuit dough baked to perfection. An easy, crowd-pleasing family dinner!

For the Casserole:

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Topping:

  • 1 (12 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters

Instructions

 Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.

2. Mix the Chicken Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, peas, corn, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.

3. Assemble the Casserole

  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • Arrange the quartered biscuit dough pieces evenly on top of the chicken mixture.

4. Bake

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.

5. Serve
