- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
- Fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and baking powder.
- Add warm water, milk, vegetable oil, and rice vinegar. Mix to form a dough.
- Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into 10 small balls. Flatten each ball and fold over a parchment square.
- Steam the buns for 10 minutes until puffed and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix shredded chicken with hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Carefully open each bun and fill with chicken, carrots, cucumber, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
