- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb ground sausage (mild or spicy)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Optional: hot sauce or ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven:
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly. - Prepare the mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Bisquick mix, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and drained Rotel. Mix until well blended. - Shape the sausage balls:
