- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onions until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain excess fat and stir in ketchup and mustard.
- Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet until pliable.
- Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla, then add a layer of lettuce if using.
- Top with the beef mixture, crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly like a burrito.
- Optional: Grill the wraps seam-side down in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes to seal and crisp.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.

- Add pickles or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier wrap.
