Description

Cheesy Bacon Burger Wraps are a delicious and easy-to-make handheld meal combining juicy ground beef, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and fresh toppings all wrapped in a warm tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onions until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in ketchup and mustard.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet until pliable.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla, then add a layer of lettuce if using.
  6. Top with the beef mixture, crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Wrap the tortillas tightly like a burrito.
  8. Optional: Grill the wraps seam-side down in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes to seal and crisp.
  9. Slice in half and serve immediately.

  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
  • Add pickles or jalapeños for extra flavor.
