Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and continue mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake dip into mini dessert cups evenly.
- Top each cup with an assortment of fresh fruits.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
