Description

Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a fun, easy-to-make dessert featuring fresh strawberries filled with sweet, creamy cheesecake. Perfect for parties, brunches, or romantic occasions, these no-bake treats are an elegant yet fuss-free way to enjoy strawberries and cheesecake in one bite.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries (about 20-25 large berries)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 23 graham crackers, crushed (for topping)
  • Optional: lemon zest, mini chocolate chips, or melted chocolate for garnish

Instructions

  • Prep the strawberries:
  • Wash and dry strawberries. Slice each in half lengthwise and use a small melon baller or spoon to gently scoop out a bit of the center, creating a “bowl” shape.
  • Make the cheesecake filling:
  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a star or round tip.
  • Fill the strawberries:
  • Pipe the cheesecake mixture into the hollowed-out strawberries, filling generously.
  • Garnish:
  • Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and optional toppings like lemon zest, mini chocolate chips, or a drizzle of chocolate.
  • Chill and serve:
  • Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving for best texture.

Notes

  • Use the largest strawberries you can find for easier filling.
  • Can be made a few hours ahead; store in the fridge until ready to serve.
  • Add a bit of lemon juice or zest to the filling for extra brightness.
