Instructions
- Make Carrot Juice (if not using pre-made):
- Blend carrots with water until smooth. Strain using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to get a smooth juice.
- Fill Ice Cube Tray:
- Pour carrot juice into an ice cube tray. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until solid.
- Store and Use:
- Once frozen, pop cubes into a freezer-safe bag for easy access. Add to smoothies, juices, or water.
