Description

Carrot Ice Cubes are a colorful and healthy twist on regular ice, made by juicing or blending carrots into a smooth liquid and freezing them in trays. Use them in smoothies, juices, or to chill water with a subtle earthy-sweet flavor and a boost of vitamins.

Ingredients

  • OR
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup water (for blending, if not using a juicer)

  • Make Carrot Juice (if not using pre-made):
  • Blend carrots with water until smooth. Strain using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to get a smooth juice.
  • Fill Ice Cube Tray:

  • Store and Use:
  • Once frozen, pop cubes into a freezer-safe bag for easy access. Add to smoothies, juices, or water.

Notes
