- Pinch of nutmeg and ginger
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed

- 1 tablespoon raisins (optional)

Instructions
- Mix Ingredients:
- In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, yogurt (if using), carrots, syrup, spices, chia seeds, nuts, raisins, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
- Refrigerate:
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4–6 hours.
- Serve:
- Stir and enjoy cold, or warm it up in the microwave. Add your favorite toppings before serving.
