- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- 1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, or to taste
- 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze, or added to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Layer the Ingredients: Arrange tomato slices on a serving platter. Alternate and tuck mozzarella slices between each tomato slice, ensuring both are visible. Add basil leaves between the layers.
- Season and Drizzle: Sprinkle the salad with sea salt and black pepper. Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze (if using).
- Serve: Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
