- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup Butterfinger bars, crushed

- 8 oz chocolate bark or chocolate chips (for coating)
Instructions
Make the Peanut Butter Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the crushed Butterfinger bars.
2. Shape the Balls:
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, or until firm.
3. Melt the Chocolate:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate bark or chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
4. Coat the Balls:
- Using a fork or toothpick, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Place the coated balls back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate the Butterfinger balls for another 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. These also freeze well for up to 3 months.
- Variations: Substitute Butterfinger bars with other candy bars, such as Reese’s or Snickers, for a fun twist.
