- 2 cups finely chopped steamed broccoli (about 1 medium head)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray (optional, for baking)
Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and form into small tot shapes.
- Place tots on the baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
