- 1 medium head cauliflower, riced (about 3 cups)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup steamed broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for brushing crust)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rice the cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles fine crumbs.
- Microwave riced cauliflower for 4-5 minutes, then let it cool slightly. Use a clean towel to squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Mix well to form a dough.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and press into a thin, even circle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
- Remove crust from the oven and top with chopped broccoli and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a crispier crust, broil the pizza for 1-2 minutes at the end of baking.
- Feel free to add extra toppings like red pepper flakes or sliced onions.
- You can substitute cheddar with a blend of cheeses for different flavors.
