Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, apple, red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
- Serve cold as a side or light main dish.
