- 2 cups hot water
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (to taste)

Instructions
- Steep butterfly pea flowers in hot water for 5–7 minutes, then strain and let cool.
- In a small saucepan, gently heat the blueberries with 1 tablespoon water until they burst. Strain to make a blueberry syrup or mash directly.
- In a tall glass, add lemon juice and sweetener, then stir.
- Add ice, pour in the blueberry mixture, then top with the cooled butterfly pea tea.
- Watch the color shift from blue to purple as you stir.
- Garnish with lemon slices and mint if desired.
