Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • Optional: zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually stir into the butter mixture.
  • Gently fold in blueberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets, spaced 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers set.
  • Cool on sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For frozen berries, do not thaw; toss lightly in flour before folding in.
  • Lemon zest adds a zippy brightness.
