Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil and steep butterfly pea flowers for 5–7 minutes until deep blue in color.
- Strain out the flowers (or remove the tea bag) and stir in honey or simple syrup while the tea is still warm.
- Let the tea cool to room temperature, then chill in the fridge.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the cooled blue tea halfway up the glass.
- Slowly pour milk over the tea for a beautiful layered effect.
